Enjoyed our stay, had sunny 2 days overall. The location was central, close enough to the lake and centre and the shops. The restaurant was at a short distance from the hotel.

Rooms were brand-new and warm, the staff was accommodating. You could walk to shops and all the major shops. Friendly reception. Besides, we parked our car on site.

The location was UNBEATABLE and the staff was pleasant during the whole stay! We had the studio suite with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Brilliant base for exploring Queenstown.

I loved that the reception was excellant. The bathroom was big & the bedroom was upstairs. It was reasonably priced and had breathtaking mountain view. Lakeside hotel set in the downtown area. Plus, walking distance to Skycity Wharf Casino. Early check in and late check out.

Pleasant staff and location, fab experience. Epic view, a large balcony, soft bed, too. A walk-in shower in the good bathroom was super awesome. This hotel was in a comfortable area. Friendly check-in, easy check-out.

perfect location, beds were comfy and room was large. adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. there was bazaar, max 5 mins walk to, greatly enjoyed their meals. excellent place for a 7-night stay.
